Now that all this gossip nonsense has come and gone, let's forget about it all, alright? Well I doubt Potter will, but
I can't stand Quidditch weeks, they're always filled with so much tension and no one pays attention in class. Which is a shame, because I have Double Potions today, and I really enjoy that class. Herbology was the same as always, and now I'm just doing some reading during my off periods.
What are you lot up to? The ones who aren't in class, of course. If you are in class, stop reading this pointless entry and pay attention to your professor! |

So I was reading this book about muggle flicks the other day. Fascinating really. The whole science behind it is mind boggling! All these ideas about elements and electricity-- and the moving pictures! It's incredible that it's all done without magic. There's this one thing called Yttrium-- when mixed with a man-made "element" called Europium, it generates some of the color in "televisions" which is simply incredible in my opinion.
The book said they've been perfecting this "television" for years now! I might have to owl Mum and ask if she can get me one for Christmas. I'd love to tinker with it when I go home for Hols.
On a different note, everyone all right, then? The slug fiasco was-- how to put this delicately? It sounded painful. I, luckily, avoided the creatures, but others weren't lucky. You still missing part of your elbow, Parry? |
